About this test
This personality test looks at four everyday choices: how you recharge (with people or in quiet), how you take in information (facts or possibilities), how you decide (logic or empathy) and how you organize your life (plans or flexibility). Combine the four and you get one of sixteen types, each with a short description and a practical tip.
The quiz is an original model with its own questions and type names. It is not the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and it is not affiliated with any commercial personality test. It is meant as a playful way to reflect on your habits, not as a psychological assessment.
How to get the most honest result
Choose the answer you would give on an ordinary day, not the one you give at your best or when you are trying to impress. If two answers fit, pick the one you reach for first.
Preferences are not abilities. Being more reflective than outgoing, for example, does not mean you cannot lead a meeting. It only describes what comes more naturally and what costs you more energy.

Is this the same as the MBTI or 16Personalities?
No. Those are separate products with their own questions and trademarks. This test uses a similar four-scale idea with original questions and its own type names.
