About this quiz

This math trivia quiz climbs from easy warm-up questions to real brain-benders. You will meet questions about famous numbers like pi, shapes and angles, great mathematicians, and the odds behind dice, cards and everyday life.

Play it alone to see how high you get, or use it as a game in class or at home. Each level has several questions, a wrong answer sends you back to your last camp, and two jokers help when you are stuck. Questions come in a different order every time.

What the questions cover

The quiz mixes history and practice: who proved what and when, what the names of shapes and numbers mean, and short problems with one exact answer. Early levels need only school math. Higher levels reward curiosity about the stories behind the numbers.

Every numeric answer is checked, and each answer comes with a one-sentence explanation.

Using it in the classroom

Teachers can use Levels 1 to 4 as a warm-up and let students discuss why an answer is right. The history questions work well as a break from calculation.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a calculator?

No. Questions with a calculation are short and can be solved in your head or with a pencil.

Is the quiz good for kids and family groups?

Yes. The early levels are easy and the questions are written to be family friendly. The upper levels are harder and suit adults.

How does the quiz work?

You answer questions across ten levels. Every correct answer takes you one level higher, and the questions get harder as you climb.

What are the camps for?

Camp 1 (Level 4) and Camp 2 (Level 7) are your safety nets. If you answer wrong after reaching a camp, you fall back to that camp instead of losing everything.

What do the jokers do?

50:50 removes two wrong answers. Swap question gives you a new question at the same level. Each joker can be used once per game.

Does it cost anything?

No. You do not need an account or a sign-up.
